The Position

As SDR you'll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you'll create to the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.

Duties

• Drive Boon.’Todays growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
• Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
• Generate emails sequences, make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
• Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.


Requirements

• You are fully fluent in English.
• You have 3-5 years of experience as BDR/SDR
• You are smart and work hard
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
• You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
• You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

Duties:

Be responsible for brand building and lead generation in France by leading Boon.Today’s marketing strategy and implementation.

Be the expert on local audience insights, pain-points and decision journey to inform our marketing strategy.

Manage our local webinars and events, as well as participation in significant conferences and trade events.

Work with our global and regional team to ensure our Local Advertising and Marketing Automation Efforts are top performing.

Work with global and regional teams to create SEO optimized content for your region.

Act as localization point of contact for the region.

Tracking and improving the performance of all marketing initiatives in the region.

Requirements:

​​You have been responsible for brand building and lead generation in your previous roles, directly impacting revenue.

You are adaptable and comfortable with a very fast-paced environment.

You are action oriented, known for your ability to execute with excellence. But, can also see and understand the bigger picture.

You are comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives and make data driven decisions.

You have native spoken and written French and have strong research skills.

You are proficient in spoken and written English.

Duties

Design, coding, testing, and production release are all part of the development life cycle.

Create web applications that adhere to accessibility and TDD best - practice.

To create amazing product experiences, collaborate closely with design and product.

Deliver code in an agile team environment.

Requirements

5+ years production JavaScript application design, development, and testing experience.

5+ years experience with web application development including Node.js applications on top of RESTful APIs.

5+ years of solid knowledge of popular JS frameworks and libraries, as well as knowledge of TypeScript

80% Hands on experience and strong leadership skills in managing smaller teams effectively.

Passionate about developing amazing user experiences.

Strong desire to learn, to experiment, and to share knowledge with others

Real world experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web.

Well experienced in developing and executing automated unit, functional and integration tests.
