The Services are accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and acknowledge that this accessibility may however be interrupted in case of force majeure or technical difficulties. We cannot be held responsible for network or server malfunctions or any other event beyond our control that would hinder or degrade access to the Services.

Boon.Today grants, free of charge, a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the platform provided as part of our Services.

This license is exclusively intended to allow you to use and benefit from our Services in accordance with these TOS, excluding any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or lease all or part of the software. The same applies to the rights to decompile or extract the source code of the software, except in cases where the right to decompile is permitted by law and within the limits set by this law.

The opening of an icon allows the user to view, share, like, download a content, a site or an application which, if completed, will generate the payment by the advertiser of an amount intended to finance, directly or indirectly, a project or humanitarian action. This action does not create any right of any kind for the benefit of the user both in relation to the advertiser and to the beneficiary organization and the publisher.

Jurisdiction clause and applicable law
The Services and their TOS are governed by Israeli law, regardless of where they are used. In case of failure to reach an amicable solution or in the absence of such a solution, the Israeli courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy provides for a refund for annual and bi-annual packages removed within 30 days of purchase. This policy does not apply to monthly packages.

If you request a refund, your account will be immediately closed upon request and you will no longer have access to it.
